<strong>Who are we ?</strong>
<p>LEKTUM is a Paris-based digital content design studio specialising in Drupal content management system for art, culture, research and non-profit websites. We create digital identities and Web content management solutions for creative professionals and research world, cultural sector, and public institutions in France. We call it digital content design. We make it with Drupal. <strong>Why are we here ?</strong>
<p>We have a lot of personal and professional connections with Latvia, especially high-level professional partnerships in the Design sector (public schools or private firms). Our Creative Director is a regular partner of Art Academy of Latvia (Faculty of Design), where he will give a lecture about design theory on next October 6th, 2011. Involved in Drupal projects business in France with very interesting clients, we would like to get in touch with the Latvian Drupal community and try to find some regular partners, free-lancers or firms.</p>

<strong>We offer Drupal jobs</strong>
<p>At this moment, we are seeking <em>several Drupal Themers / Front-end Developers</em> to work with our Creative Director in building modern and powerfull Drupal Themes and Drupal Websites primarily based on Drupal 7 and, as much as possible, both for the Web and mobile. We need a global Drupal Front-End developer with strong knowledge of HTML / CSS and good basics of HTML5 and CSS3, very good skills in Web Standards (XHTML 1.0, CSS 2) and Web Accessibility (W3C), deep comprehension of Drupal Theming system (both for Drupal 6 and Drupal 7), and successfull previous full Drupal site building experiences. The main goal is to be able for one unique developer to install and configure Drupal on a provided web server, build and configure content types and related content features according to provided requirements, and create Drupal customized templates and theme based on provided PSD files (or similar). <strong>Get in touch with us right now and let's meet for Drupal Camp Baltics !</strong>
<p>We need only reliable persons, who can work fast, respect deadlines, take the initiative if needed and keep finding the right solution for each problem. Projects will be managed online with Skype and emails and, sometimes IRL, when our Creative Director is in Riga (at least twice a year). We will speak together mostly in English and, when possible or needed, in Latvian, thanks to our Latvian native collaborator :) Because Drupal Camp Baltics is taking place very soon, we would like to get some first contacts online with interested Latvian Drupal developers, via this forum or (better) via our jobs page : http://www.lektum.com/en/jobs/167.
